Accounting For Everyone - Paignton, Torquay & Torbay
Accounting for businesses
All businesses need to change, grow and constantly respond to the market around them.
There are times when you can do this internally and times when it helps to have someone from the outside looking in to give you a broader perspective and an objective view.
Our Accountancy business services team can be that voice.
Our advice is based on knowledge, experience and an understanding of the unique challenges facing owner-managed businesses.
In addition to helping owners grow their enterprise, we will assist in the development, expansion and management of the business, also providing advice on personal financial issues.
Accounting for individuals
If you are not in business or no longer in business we can help you maximize your personal and family wealth.
If you are in business our tax team will review your personal and business affairs as a whole, integrating personal and business tax planning to minimise your overall tax burden.
Your needs may be more straightforward and may need help with your annual tax compliance requirements for example completing tax returns, preparing VAT returns, starting up in business or learning about your PAYE or NIC obligations.
Accounting for the future
We are certified advisors for the 3 largest cloud-based accounting packages, Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage One.
Working in the cloud can provide a range of low-cost, flexible solutions that will free up time for you and your staff to spend on other in-house or client-focused services.
Not only can it provide a more secure way to run your practice, it offers instant, remote access to clients’ IT systems which can save you time and money, and enhance your client relationships.
As we move towards HMRC’s ‘Digital Tax Accounts’ it is increasingly important for your records to be up to date and cloud accounting will make your quarterly submissions easy.

In 2014, before setting up Accounting4Everything, James Twigger created #TorbayHour – an online networking opportunity for local business. Following the winter storms in February 2014 in which the Southwest was effectively cut off from many vital transport links, an online campaign was started in an attempt to show the rest of the UK that we were very much still #openforbusiness.
The campaign captured the imagination and enthusiasm of an already burgeoning online community in Torbay and has rapidly grown into a multi-faceted social media and networking organisation. The ethos behind TorbayHour will always remain rooted in promoting Torbay and the local businesses and organisations who exist here. We use our accounts without bias or agenda.
Join us on Twitter every Monday 8-9pm using the #TorbayHour hashtag. We can also put together bespoke social media training packages for individuals, small independent businesses or staff training for larger companies.
