There’s no denying that incorporating a business proved popular in 2017, with Companies House reporting a 7% rise in the number of actively trading companies – bringing the UK total to 1.9 million, however for those of you considering the transition to a limited company, we have prepared a short guide to what to expect, and what you need to do which can be found here.
It is important to note that Companies House has recently relaxed the rules on using your residential address on companies House, and if you currently use your personal address for your service address you can now pay a £55 fee to remove this from the public register.
